UPDATED: After our initial experiences (below), the director of Covenant OB/GYN reached out to us to apologize for the experiences we had and told me what she was doing to try and fix the issues going forward. I would not recommend this imaging clinic. This is our first kid and each time we've gone in for imaging the customer service and communication once you're in the imaging room is terrible. The people up front have been nice. But we have never even met the Doctor, only nurses and technicians. Every time we've done imaging, they are just quiet and click away on the computer. It really felt like Dr Worley and everyone working at the office cared about my and the baby's health. They address every concern without making you feel stupid and actually listen.
