Dismissive and unhelpful. I was sent on an expensive, time-consuming round of testing only to end up with the same dismissive conclusion. They didn’t listen to my concerns and repeatedly attributed my issues to things that weren’t accurate. I’d recommend seeing someone else if you want real answers and don’t want to waste time and money.
