Dr. Ruff is so compassionate towards his patients. His bedside manner is amazing. He works with his patients and comes up with ideas with you which is so great! He listens and truly hears you and address everything you said or asked. I cant Say enough good thinks about him! If you’re able to see him you totally should and would be very lucky!!
