My father was hospitalized for a viral lung infection and Dr. Brown accused my father of smoking hard core drugs off the rip. Needless to say, I’m not impressed.
The empathy, kindness & genuine care from EVERY staff member has made a huge impact on me. I was deeply moved by the compassion of each person that came into my room. To feel cared for when you are feeling helpless is an unbelievable gift. I had many good talks with the Nurses, Chaplin and especially my case worker Whitney.
