Kevin Bouse is awesome!!! He was a wonderful landlord, I hate that I'm still not renting from him. If you're looking for a nice place and a great landlord, contact Bouse you will not regret it.

Dude's too dumb to at least have someone else post for him. Maybe if he'd spend less time trying to grab em by the kitty cat, he could get some genuine decent reviews. My experince with bouse rental. Is not good for one he got a rental program were he advertise 100.00 in gift cards for any one who pay their rent on time fo year staright...im requesting my gift cards an he denied me ...even though i got derie
My experiences were not good with Bouse Rentals. When I had a leaking dishwasher, it took several calls before they bothered to show up, and then the man was very rude to me. Intimidating. They claimed the apartment buildings were safe, but there are drug dealings going down in the parking lots at night, and I tried complaining, but nothing was done.
