My appointment with Dr. Kevin Birusingh provided an opportunity to seek his thoughts concerning a new urologic issue. I’ve found earlier, he has a keen way of letting patients know he’s listening & then uses well-spoken questions and thoughts of his own to offer a care plan with patient approval. Dr. Birusingh has previously helped me with urologic surgery and I consider him my ‘go-to’ physician in this field of medicine. Clinton (Dave) Fremming

Excellent customer service at check-in with good explanation of what to expect. Nursing staff treated me with kindness and empathy. I found Dr. Birusingh welcoming and a very good listener. His explanations were clear, and he provided a positive experience as I endured my first kidney stone! I will feel confident seeking his help if I suffer this situation again.
I was only with Dr. Birusingh a very short time. I felt a little hurried and wanted to ask some questions but I was given pamphlets to read which is fine but I would like to ask questions and get answers that are not in the pamphlets.
