After years of being with farm bureau my rates continued increasing every year without any claims, tickets, anything of that nature. This time I decided to look around and found another insurance over $50 cheaper a month. With just having a baby 2 months early and being in the NICU a month I needed to save money anywhere I could. I recently transferred from American Family insurance to Farm Bureau. These are both national companies with good reputaions. I would think their service was comparable. Not even close! Kevin Bell’s staff has done everythiing to help the process run smoothly. They are very good at what they do!
