Update to review, The owner’s response confirms the lack of accountability I experienced, as he has chosen to publicly blame the customer rather than address his team's condescending communication style. This dismissive attitude and attempt to personally discredit me only further illustrates the lack of professionalism and transparency noted in my original review. UPDATE: The owner’s attempt to label a real experience as a “fake review” is a clear deflection that only confirms the lack of professionalism described in my original post. Furthermore, publicly naming individuals to claim a "smear campaign" is a harassing tactic that avoids accountability for the poor service we received. My entire family and all of my friends have chosen to cancel with Farmers Bureau due to the poor treatment we experienced from the staff at this agency. I love Kevin’s office. Brandis always answers my calls and she’s able to answer all of my questions. We switched everything over and are actually saving money. Highly recommended

After years of being with farm bureau my rates continued increasing every year without any claims, tickets, anything of that nature. This time I decided to look around and found another insurance over $50 cheaper a month. With just having a baby 2 months early and being in the NICU a month I needed to save money anywhere I could.
