I recently transferred from American Family insurance to Farm Bureau. These are both national companies with good reputaions. I would think their service was comparable. Not even close! Kevin Bell’s staff has done everythiing to help the process run smoothly. They are very good at what they do!
It was actually a blessing when we were notified that our insurance was being canceled because we were non responsive. It turned out that our agent sold the business to another party and that person had no clue. As a result we contacted Kevin for a quote and found that we were poorly covered and grossly under insured We now have everything insured with one company rather than being farmed out to several.
