I have been with Kevin Bell and team for over 10 years, and I truly couldn’t recommend them more highly. In an ever-changing insurance industry, it’s rare to find a team that consistently stays ahead of the curve, and this group absolutely does. I had a deeply concerning experience with this agency. An employee named Richard used information from my customer file to find and add me on multiple personal social media accounts. I reported this behavior and was told it would be handled. However, when I later requested a copy of my insurance card, it was Richard who sent it directly to me despite my prior complaint about him. Update to review, The owner’s response confirms the lack of accountability I experienced, as he has chosen to publicly blame the customer rather than address his team's condescending communication style. This dismissive attitude and attempt to personally discredit me only further illustrates the lack of professionalism and transparency noted in my original review. UPDATE: The owner’s attempt to label a real experience as a “fake review” is a clear deflection that only confirms the lack of professionalism described in my original post. Furthermore, publicly naming individuals to claim a "smear campaign" is a harassing tactic that avoids accountability for the poor service we received. My entire family and all of my friends have chosen to cancel with Farmers Bureau due to the poor treatment we experienced from the staff at this agency.
