If there was an option for negative stars this store would have it . I took my ring in here to get sized from a 7 to a 6 1/4. They said it would be 32.00. They called me a couple of days later to say it was done but there was a problem . They said when they put it in the cleaning machine several prongs broke and some stones fell out.
