Doc. Baily is kind and professional 100%. Before surgery he asked if he could pray with me. Which made my anxiety level go down a lot. I'm thankful for him.
My husband and I were extremely impressed by his professionalism. He is by far the first surgeon that led us prayer, prior to surgery. It was very heart warming to us both, also he took the time to call me the night before. Highly recommended.
Dr. Bailey has been amazing so far. I need rotator cuff surgery and he has explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!!

I would recommend Dr. Bailey to anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon. My 1st surgery by a different surgeon didn't take. Dr. Bailey performed the 2nd surgery. He put my mind at ease. He's excellent at explaining the whole process along with having patience. Even my husband said there was a night/day difference with the 2nd surgery. The nurse practitioner, Jen Kearny was outstanding. I still have a ways to go but with this team I can't go wrong. 10/10!
