From the check in to me seeing Dr Fricka everyone was professional and welcoming. I really felt cared about. Thanks so much to the Anderson staff.
Dr. Fricka did an extraordinary job. Both knees were replaced. 50 years ago my left knee was reconstructed due to an injury. Dr. Fricka replaced it without complications. They provide an easy to use app to help support daily exercises via video. There is also prompt response to any questions or concerns.
The hospital facility is large with multiple parkings and entries. It would help to provide more information for easy access to ortho patients. E.g Which parking, what aisle of the building, etc…
I really like Dr. Fricka. He’s a knowledgeable and very caring doctor. I really appreciate and respect his expertise. He has excellent bedside manner.
