Poor quality of customer service. Great example of just wanting your monthly premium. Impossible to reach over the phone. Always need to leave a message and might get a call back in a few days. I switched my mortgage insurance over a year ago and sent a request to have cancelled. Come to find out it was never cancelled and now there is nothing they say they can do. I have existing insurance and can prove I do, and prove a request was sent. No proper follow up was done. Poor service!
