My fiancé made an appointment with this salon 2 months in advance for the morning of her bridal shower. Despite getting 2 confirmation emails prior to the appointment, she arrived and was told the stylist that she had booked had left the business. She was given no notification or offer to book another appointment ahead of time. Along with this, they took no responsibility for this mistake and didn’t offer her anything to make up for it.
