This was the third opinion (first from Dr. Pinkos and OrthoVirginia) I sought for arthritis in my knees. I finally got a clearer path to relieving pain and had hope for my quality of life improvement.
All the staff and Dr. made me feel welcome and safe and knowledgeable about this procedure before surgery. Dr Pinkos even called me personally the night before surgery.
Very professional, knowledgeable and he was patient with my questions and thorough with the answers. He was friendly and caring.
