The out-of-pocket expenses are completely avoidable, but they don't do it for the patient. The front desk is also the worst clinic I have ever encountered.
Very thankful I finally found a primary care doctor that I like and trust! The receptionist are very helpful.
The front desk is a disaster, as stated below. Communication is horrible! These doctors need to pay attention to the people they’re hiring to run their business. I have seen him for 22 years, and My family and I will no longer be back because of the front desk worker who did “25 years of HR”. a shame on their end. They lied and said they did not have a conversation with my husband when they did because the new doctor received the office notes and recommendations by fax when I just called.
