Dr Costa is one of the most responsive and caring primary care physicians I have encountered. He’s thorough and makes sure you are getting the care you need. I highly recommend him.
This doctor is beyond SLOW and his appointments with his patients takes well over an hour. It has been this way the last 3 dr appointments my husband has had with Kevin and everytime I bring my husband I'm told Kevin is behind. Why is THIS DOCTOR ALWAYS behind?? I'm tired of waiting over an hour for my husband to be seen and am about to change doctors. MY OWN DR DOESNT TAKE OVER AN HOUR TO SEE ME so what's up with Kevin and WHY is he so slow. Husband had a 3pm appointment and its now 4:03pm. This is insane!!!
Unfortunately, it has been a billing nightmare and a disappointing experience overall. We will not be returning.
Always listening to what's being said and has several avenues with them to explore. He us genuinely a great Dr and his MA Will is pretty great too!!!
