I built a home with kevco, it's been the biggest nightmare of my entire life. I so wish I would have done my research! I pray I can save somebody else from making the mistake that I did, I've been fighting with them for 3 years with attorneys. Fighting with the city that passed things that have completely failed. I hired licensed companies in to verify that things were not done to code. My whole house was built wrong Electrical, Plumbing air conditioning and more! I just finished my custom home build with Kevco they where amazing to work with. From start to finish I could not have been happier with my project. There attention to detail was amazing and they went above and beyond throughout the entire project! Joe did an amazing job with the initial build and I couldn't ask for a better PM then Rick was, he made what normally would be a stressful situation seamless. I would recommend Kevco to anyone looking for a quality builder

We just finished our custom home build with Kevco that is a hot mess.There lack of attention to detail is shocking. We had no hot water for two days. There is stucco all over the place. They did not follow the building plan to the point I can't pull the shelves out of my refrigerator. Missing a light in master bath. The back door handle came off in my hand last night. The same door they have been out to fix twice. We have been here for less than 30 days, at least 10 of them waiting for them to come repair stuff. 3 times they... read more
