Had a leak in my upstairs plumbing above my rental unit and it damaged alot of the dry wall. He was quick to respond got out there fast fixed the leak but he charged me for drywall repair and its was a really poor job said he would fix it and he never did. I then had a blockage in my drain they came out told me it was the sub pump charged me a few thousand dollars to put a new one in didn't solve the problem told me he would be back to fix it he came back once ran a snake and said he solved the problem it didnt. Okay, first off I want to say I have not met this gentleman or his staff before and I am not related to any of them LOL. But I can't say enough good things about the entire transaction- from customer service to professionalism and quality of work- I could not have been more impressed. We are so grateful, not only for how quickly he responded but also for his competence and professionalism. No one likes having plumbing issues, but that was probably the least worst one I have ever experienced! Thank you Kevan and crew.
Kevan was able to get us scheduled in last minute to run a gas line for a range. Chevy came out to install the line and did a great job. This is the second job ive had done with Kevin and every time hes able to schedule in quickly and does a great job, very happy. Thanks Kevan and team
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am happy to add to the many positive reviews already posted. When our hot water tank stopped working, Kevan responded quickly and sent his technician, Garth, to assess the issue. Garth arrived within 20 minutes, which was greatly appreciated, especially when dealing with a loss of hot water. Garth was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done.
