If i could give zero stars i would. When i signed up i told Kevin i could not do automatic withdrawls. I was also told my insurance would be 63.96, it jumped to 97 and some change, i said whatever and paid anyways. For 3 months I've called and made payments over the phone and then this month they decided to automatically withdraw money from my account and i told them to put it back because i didnt approve. So let me preface this with saying that I love independent agents (they are able to shop around from a lot of different companies to get you the best rates) and even though I might have picked Kevan initially because we share a last name ... I'm so glad I did! .
