I booked a 4pm appointment with Keva Nails and arrived on time, but was left waiting for over 20 minutes while she finished with another client. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told another 10–15 minutes with no apology. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional, especially for someone who knows I manage appointments around two toddlers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I went to Keva Nails for my first set of acrylic nails in a long time. I showed a pic of what I was after, and that is what I ended up with. Halfway through the consultation, I asked if the length could be shortened, and I was told absolutely, no problem and not to apologise. So very patient. I’m very fussy, and I’m very happy with what I have. Very affordable and a lovely environment. I would definitely recommend in a heartbeat.
So blessed she could fit us in today! Beautiful selection of colors n designs, Art work n everything a gal could want for her nails, was nervous as moved here from NZ so finding a new nail lady is always a bit of a mission however, beautiful set up, nice n light, clean, cheerful, I'm pretty selective when it comes to colors n art work however, surprisingly she gets me 🥰, she makes you feel like nothing is a hassle!
