I will never buy coffee again from Keurig. warning to all: it will take 4-6 weeks before keurig will credit your account. dont bother leaving messages or emails because they wont respond. not to mention they wont start the process for your money to be refunded unless you actually speak with somebody. The excuse they continue to give is "because of the holidays we are severly back log and it will take 4-6 weeks before we can credit your account" Suggestion: send your complaints to the Attorney General in MA.
