Voici pourquoi je ne suis pas satisfaite du service à la clientèle de Keurig. J'ai acheté une cafetière Keurig K-Café au montant de 263.92 $, taxes incluses, le 12 octobre 2023. J'ai choisi ce modèle dispendieux car il y avait un mousseur à lait dans l'appareil. Mais après 15 mois, le mousseur ne fonctionne plus. Loved Keurig. Now I’m perpetually frustrated by them, located in Quebec. Bought a device a year ago and it died unexpectedly. WITHIN the warranty period I got told “You will receive a new device. Don’t worry. We will mail it to you.” Then the postal strike hit. They said “Don’t worry, we will have it sent to you with another delivery company called Reliable. My daughter bought this machine for me for Christmas 2023. It worked okay when i first used it, but then it started to throw a code when i tried to use the dark flavor or hotter functions. I thought it was a user error at first but then it was doing it for everyone in the house. So i called Keurig and they replaced it. Not sure if they sent me a used one, but this one is no better. Nous avons acheté une cafetière Keurig,le tout dernier modèle Smart avec le mousseur sur le côté. On était tout content de cette machine MAIS SURPRISE. La satisfaction du produit n’a duré que 40 jours environ. Nous sommes à 40 jours et le mousseur à lait ne fait que du lait froid avec très peu de mousse et sa prend une éternité pour faire couler deux tasse de café.
