J'ai choisi ce modèle dispendieux car il y avait un mousseur à lait dans l'appareil. Mais après 15 mois, le mousseur ne fonctionne plus. Loved Keurig. Now I’m perpetually frustrated by them, located in Quebec. Bought a device a year ago and it died unexpectedly. WITHIN the warranty period I got told “You will receive a new device. Don’t worry. We will mail it to you.” Then the postal strike hit. They said “Don’t worry, we will have it sent to you with another delivery company called Reliable. My daughter bought this machine for me for Christmas 2023. It worked okay when i first used it, but then it started to throw a code when i tried to use the dark flavor or hotter functions. I thought it was a user error at first but then it was doing it for everyone in the house. So i called Keurig and they replaced it. Not sure if they sent me a used one, but this one is no better.
