The worst company customer service warranty ever. Do not waste your time calling. Purchased a coffee machine (still under warranty) and it smells like plastic burning and heated up like it was going to burn up. Called them and they told me to plug it in to make sure its not working what a hazard they suggested. Only to find out with no receipt I mentioned and I told them it was a gift. Voici pourquoi je ne suis pas satisfaite du service à la clientèle de Keurig. J'ai acheté une cafetière Keurig K-Café au montant de 263.92 $, taxes incluses, le 12 octobre 2023. J'ai choisi ce modèle dispendieux car il y avait un mousseur à lait dans l'appareil. Mais après 15 mois, le mousseur ne fonctionne plus. Loved Keurig. Now I’m perpetually frustrated by them, located in Quebec. Bought a device a year ago and it died unexpectedly. WITHIN the warranty period I got told “You will receive a new device. Don’t worry. We will mail it to you.” Then the postal strike hit. They said “Don’t worry, we will have it sent to you with another delivery company called Reliable.
