I called hoping to establish a relationship with the practice, but after interacting with the receptionist on the phone, I will not be pursuing my initial goal. I assume it's a wonderful practice as a whole and there's a valid reason why they have been successful as a whole, but it's unfortunate their receptionist was not warmly and welcoming.

I've been a patient at this office for a few years and I've always been treated with compassion and concern. Receptionists are there to do there job and have always been civil and always ask the physician aid if they know what my requests status is etc. I have never seen the Dr. Here but this is because my physician assistant takes care to make sure I'm getting all I need or fights for my needs through my jnsur which has been an ongoing going battle at times.
