They have been my Doctor office for the past 30 years.
I called to set up a new patients appointment, the lady took all my information and stated they would call me back in 30 minutes it has been 3 days with nobody contacted me at all , will not use this office👎👎👎
Dr. Brammer is the best doctor in this practice, the only one that actually listens
This review is for Catrina Noniewicz, FNP, who goes by Nicki. Nicki is an amazing provider. Every time I have seen her, she has been empathetic, patient, and willing to listen and take my concerns seriously. She takes the time to be thorough, which everyone can understand is now very rare in today's climate. 10/10 for Nicki, bravo, great service, and I'm happy to feel confident in my primary care.
I called hoping to establish a relationship with the practice, but after interacting with the receptionist on the phone, I will not be pursuing my initial goal. I assume it's a wonderful practice as a whole and there's a valid reason why they have been successful as a whole, but it's unfortunate their receptionist was not warmly and welcoming.
