In the past, i have done my own taxes and used other services. This year i decided to try a new company and it has been the best decision ever. The process was very simple and straight to the point. The professionals are truly that and they relate and care about their clients. They do an amazing job of getting your return done right and at an ease. I highly recommend going somewhere else, very unprofessional when it comes to communication about my taxes. I had to call repetitively to get any information and they kept saying they’re “going to call me back” and yet I called back each time. I basically felt like I had to force her to get my work done. Since then her offices has not answered the phone, text or emails for a simple question about my taxes.

The accountant is never in the office and when u book an appointment they’re never available. Waste of my time
