I went in thinking there was a serious problem with my car and the electrical. Turns out some of the stuff in the trunk of my car was causing a short. They didn't end up charging me for it and their time. Great guys!

I did go in for their specialty - electrical problems with the car. Ketts quickly figured out why the car was acting the way it was and repaired all damage by the day after I brought it in. The damage was caused by service from another service provider and I couldn't have received damage claim payment from them without Ketts backing up my claim to the 3rd party company that sought payment for me. Waste of time and money. Had my car a week and didn't call me once or fix one thing. Completely incompetent and they are not even a real shop. So once you get what needs fixed you need to take it to another shop to get it fixed. Just save your money and take your vehicle to a REAL SHOP that can work on entire vehicle. Would never do business with them again if for nothing else than their poor attitude and very poor service.
