I started this class in September of 2020. I have never enjoyed working out, but this is the first class that I have stuck with longer than a month. I have lost weight, gained strength and above all else improved my mental health. I would highly recommend this training class!!!
Lee is super knowledgeable and helpful (and passionate!) and just a good dude. Easy to work with and answered all of my amino questions. Always over delivered. Thanks Lee.
