I had an emergency wherein my dog had to have her eye removed. The vet was super understanding, friendly and helped to keep me calm during a fairly traumatic situation. She was fantastic with keeping me updated and provided great "bed side" manner. The pricing was completely reasonable and less than I had expected. Thank you so much for great service and looking after my fur baby. Only piece of feedback was doing follow up 1 year later would be lovely. Still highly recommend.
We brought our dog Ruby from Salmo to Kettle River Veterinary Clinic to be spayed and it was well worth the drive! The staff were so caring and kept us updated throughout the day. Dr. Ruth Ritchie was wonderful and helped us with Ruby’s allergies by giving us several treatment options. Prices were very reasonable too. Can’t recommend this clinic enough, thank you for taking such great care of Ruby!
We took our dog to get spayed yesterday. The staff is great and very caring. The vet was so great I can't Express how grateful we are. Our dog has allergies and you can tell the vet was genuinely concerned about Ruby's well being. She not only gave us options on how to treat her allergies, she was also honest about each option. Price was also reasonable. You can tell they really care about the animals. Our vet's name is Ruth Ritchie. Thank you so much. We are definitely going back. And thank you to all staff.

Wish'n for another Star...... Dr Ruth has been our ranch vet for as long as she has been in the area.
