If you're looking for an office that never, ever answers their front desk phone and neglects to provide you with an alternative method for communication, this is your place! The extension to the therapist that I was assigned never worked. No one responded to my messages in the app. All that I wanted was another appointment. Only after I left this review did I receive a call back. Laquita Jones and Kettle Moraine Counseling should be hearing from the examining board at DSPS soon.
We met with Elizabeth a number of times. She did help us a bit with a family issue. We wanted 1 more meeting and she said she couldn't help anymore. Not too impressed with that decision. I wouldn't recommend them.
