This was the second time that we purchased an appliance from Kettle Moraine. The first time was with salesman Ken and went smooth as silk. This time it was with Ben. We purchased a new washing machine on a Monday he told me it would be delivered the next week on either Wednesday or Friday and neither day happened. We purchased a dishwasher from Kettle Moraine. Our representative Ben was knowledgeable and helpful. He asked many questions to help us meet our needs. The installers, Mario and Benjy were fabulous. We’ll do business with them again. Highly recommended.
