KM Appliances just installed all new appliances for our kitchen remodel. Mario and Gus did a great job with the install. They were very careful when bringing in the new appliances, had good knowledge to complete the install and made sure we knew how to use everything before they left. In addition, their Cedarburg store has a great showroom. Sales staff very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to make a purchase. I am very happy with my experience with purchasing a Speed Queen TC5 washing machine from KM Appliance and Sleep Center. Kudos to Mike Gustafson on the paperwork in the showroom (which was a very smooth experience) and especially to the two gentlemen who delivered the machine. The installation was tricky since the hoses associated with my old machine were heavily corroded to the water spigots and they went the 'extra mile' in removing the hoses and getting the unit working well. We are remodeling our kitchen and need some new appliances. At the suggestion of our designer, we set up an appointment with a sales person. When we arrived we learned that this was the sales persons day off.
