The absolute worst place on the planet to buy an appliance. The salesperson was completely inept from the start. We scheduled delivery and installation for a downdraft oven—confirmed the date—and they simply didn’t show. No call. No update. We had been rescheduled for another date…without telling us. When delivery finally came, the delivery team was apologetic but could not install the unit or haul away the old one—services we already paid for. I had been looking for a new washing machine since mine had died. I was looking for a little over a month comparing from different stores. My sister told me of this store. We went checked our appliances on the floor. I noticed they did have a returned area for scratch and dent items for me. It’s not that big of a deal. I found two washers that I liked.
