My grandfather and I were working on restoring our early 2000s Mercury Verado when we ran into a problem, local dealers insisted the serial number I had was incorrect and refused to assist. Fortunately, Chris in the parts department quickly recognized that our motor was a "Yamamerc." Within 10 minutes, he tracked down the exact replacement parts we needed, no serial number required. The motor ran flawlessly over the 4th of July, and thanks to Chris, we’ll definitely be coming back to him for any future needs.
These guys are amazing, they came in clutch, helping me get parts, helping me with a boat project, all around great people.
