Dylan and his team from Kettle Caulking were absolutely fantastic. They did a great job on the caulking of the entire house of all the windows, they did a metal framing in the garage door and a parging job On our front porch. Dylan was very responsive and consultative in helping me define the work needed at my place. He worked closely with me to schedule the work for a mutually agreeable time and got the work done on time and at the highest degree of quality. The caulking to our new windows/ doors installed by a different provider had failed within one month of being installed including several attempts thereafter so we explored company’s that offer commercial caulking and work with the sealant that was recommended and best matched our windows/doors. Work was done quick. The team was tidy and no garbage left behind. The job was done right! We had a very questionable contractor that installed our windows, we had to part ways before he finished the job. Because the installation of windows was so poor, Dylan had to come up with some creative solutions to make it right. He delivered and we now can finally stop worrying about leaks and enjoy our home. Working with Dylan was seamless- no issues with communication, very flexible and adapting to our request and he and his team did a really thorough and good job .
