Always greeted with a friendly and warm smile from everyone. Ketti is an amazing jewelry designer with plenty of patience because she truly wants the customer to be 100% happy with the entire design process and the end result. I never felt rushed or pressured. From this point forward, I see no need to go to any other jewelry store for my future purchases.

I went into Gemsmith to get my wedding band cleaned and to have them check my stones to ensure they were not loose. Joelle helped me during this time. She was excellent. Helpful, friendly and accurate. She also checked my Grandmother's set. Luckly I had her check that set as she told me they are loss and I can lose them. I highly recommend Gemsmith and while there ask for Joelle, she knows her stuff.

Absolutely love my ring! The staff was so helpful and nice. They did a beautiful job creating the exact ring that I wanted! Highly recommend, all of the jewelry is beautiful.
