Dismissive. More focused on treating symptoms than finding root of issue.
This saddens me to post. I have been a patient of Dr Awad for more than ten years (this is an alias). She was judgmental, dismissive and condescending recently, and I am not returning. She did not respect me as a patient. If you are looking for a physician who hears you, look elsewhere. I appreciate the care that o have historically received and wish her all the best in the future. :(
Without question, she is the best doctor I have ever experienced. Her knowledge, counsel, care and patient advocacy is beyond superior. There is no one that I would trust more with my family’s healthcare.
Dr. Awad is awesome! She had been my doctor for well over 8 years. She is exceptionally professional and has a great bedside manner. She really cares about your health and is very attentive. Dr. Award openly communicates to her patients in terms that are easy to understand. She is highly qualified in her profession. You will be making a great decision if you elect her as your primary care physician.
