Had a meter conduit repaired last year, common repair. Got charged a few hundred $ more than expected after my phone conversation with Ketterman. Billed me to come look at the job before they started, even though I pre approved the work. I won’t call them again.
Fast efficient service
Guy came out to give a us a free quote. We decided to think it through as it's a costly investment. There is no pushing or pressure from Guy. He told me to take my time. In the meantime we had a 24 hour power outage and that was enough for me! I called Guy, we worked out pricing and scheduled the Kohler Generator install. Guy came out both days to make sure everything was going well. The crew were pleasant despite overwhelming heat.
