Failed to fix a leak. Didn't bother to even bleed rads when their tech came. They don't know what they're doing. They're dodging my calls and won't call me back.
They have been servicing my boiler for about 4-5 years now, and they have a no-nonsense approach. When there is an emergency there are there for me and have kept costs down: they do not try to upgrade unnecessarily. Very friendly, quick and efficient.
fabulously knowledgeable about older boilers and furnaces, detailed information and more than fair prices. Ketteringham has kept our old boiler alive and well.
