I bought my 93 years old house, 35 years ago. The previous owner said they'd used Ketteringham + were always pleased, so for the last 35 years they've not only serviced my furnace, they've also fixed leaking radiator taps, installed 3 ductless AC units + maintained them, replaced my old furnace with a newer, more efficient one + a new water heater.
