Not what it used to be manager is quite rude he definitely doesn't know how to speak to customers. Cleanliness is zero there's no soap in the toilet to clean hands. Prices gone up too high but what for if the cleaning standard has gone down. Some teachers attitude is not good towards children I don't know if they are selective which they shouldn't be and the worst is you can't even make complaints online as there's no option you make complaints face to face they won't listen.
It is a good place if you won't to go swimming it is a safe place for all
Very unclean, layers of dust on the swimming goggles, standing water on dirty floors in the changing rooms, disappointing since they are easily correctable
Overall I like the pool but it does have a few problems. The shower in the disabled changing room is really dodgy, it doesn't always work and is freezing cold so that means having to hobble to the main showers which is a lot of pain. The pool water is absolutely freezing, which makes pain worse. I also think its a bit over priced. Oh and you can't use the lockers in the disabled changing room.
1) Swimming lessons are fine for the kids. No complaints with the lessons at all. 2) However, the toilets are disgusting. Not clean at all. I detest going to the shower and toilet areas at all. Only there for my kids' swimming lessons. Changing rooms are spacious but noone to clean around in the mess. Probably, it's what we're paying for as it is comparatively lower cost for swimming lessons than in other places like in leisure village. 3) Reception's younger staffs are okay and friendly.
