I have been trying to reach my Dr for 3 business days. I’ve spoke with two people who were rude and unprofessional. One lied and said they called me back, left a vm. I didn’t receive any missed called Friday (7/24/26). I was given an aircast that I believe is too big for me. I’m concerned my ankle isn’t going to heal correctly.
I called to make arrangement for my daughter for physical therapy. The lady that answered the phone literally needs a new job. Kettering needs to do better. I called athletico and was easily able to get set up with an appt and the lady was so nice, and accommodating. Like night and day. The lady that answered there clearly did not want to make my appt. So discusted.
