Everyone I dealt with at this facility was great.
I see Kristine, Bev, and Chris, they are mazing, and they are also very good at their jobs. These ladies know their stuff! They give me good solid advice and exercises that truly are helping me get stronger. My goal is to get stronger and get to work after lower back fusion. And these ladies are gonna get me there. I go in, they ask me all the right questions and I give them my honest answers about any pain or discomfort. And when I leave Kettering Sports Medicine, the pain has abated! Love it. My shoulder is so much better.
It's a busy place, but everyone is pleasant and works hard to see clients do well and get well.
Front desk seems very incompetent. Unable to give basic information and conflicting information from what the doctor wants. Very unresponsive.
