I received a bill for $7.15 and I can't pay it because the automated system can't find me. I get a hold of "Noemi" and she finds the account and verifies I owe the amount, but then sends me back to the automated system that can't find me. I have been in this cycle repetitiously for over an hour... for a balance of less than $8... smdh, I got better things to do.
Apparently I am having the same issues many others have mentioned. They claim the bills were mailed to my address, but I never received them. They also claim there was a courtesy reminder phone call, which did not happen. It is ridiculous why radiology which happens for a surgical procedure is not billed through the hospital (especially when the radiology occurred on the day of the surgery IN THE HOSPITAL). We'll see if the bills are legitimate, because I pay my legitimate bills when I actually receive them.
Received a very sassy final notice bill when I had never received any prior communication at all from this company. Threats of being sent to collections and shady behavior when I’ve done nothing wrong. All I needed was an initial notice.
I work for Kettering health network. I got a scan at one of the hospitals in the network. I just received a notice from a lawyer stating I was sent to collections. I never received a bill. What a joke. I’ve never in my life not paid a bill.
Exact same issues as everyone else. I pay my bills and don’t have an issue with any other provider except for this one. And do not worry about calling the number for management because she is absolutely no help. I was told by the lady in management that I should check with my postal carrier to see why I’m not getting my bills and that I may just be confused because of the different names “Kettering health network” and “Kettering Network Radiologist”.
