Nice hospital and they all have great bed side manners
Whenever the male pharmacist is there no problem. Today was a horrible experience with the female pharmacist was there. after already contacting the pharmacy 3 different times the reaching the doctors also. Waited about 30 minutes for the refill which is completely out of the normal. As my prescriptions were delivered, I was asked if there was a problem and I said yes I told her 30 minutes waiting on a couple prescriptions was a little long. They should work on customer service. Always fast and friendly
I have used the KHN Soin Pharmacy since the hospital first opened. The pharmacist has been very friendly and helpful to my family. I have not had any issue getting my prescriptions filled. I always pay the lowest price available for generics. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
