I've been a patient of Dr Jneidi for 10+years, followed her to this location from Sycamore location, got "grandfathered" in at that point (apparently I was younger than their preferred clientele). Now (more than 5 years later) I get a letter kicking me out of the practice because NOW I'm too young?! Hmmm....thanks for the disloyalty, lack of concern for consistent care and relationship building. BTW it was very difficult to get a sick appointment ever at this practice anyway, always had to go to urgent or on demand facility.... read more
Script writers only. No idea what seniors are going through in the region. Or maybe they just don’t care about poor seniors. They were great until I truly needed help.
Phenomenal facility! Love Lori and Star, and always feel like my concerns are heard. Every facility should be like this one!
I just called to try to make an appointment for my husband and myself as a new patients. Their web page says they are taking new patients. The girl that answered the phone was very rude. Said they are booked thru August, which to me means no new patients. When I asked if there's another doctor who could see us she said "I just told you no, we're booked thru August". In a very condescending tone. Hard to believe someone like that is their first contact with the callers.
