I’m honestly shocked at how unwelcoming the front desk is. I have come several times with my mother (I’m her medical power of attorney) she has Alzheimer’s and is very nervous at doctors. To be frank she’s dying, and the way the front desk treated us when walking in is appalling. This is my third visit with my mother and she has been the exact same each visit. This practice sent my mother to have tests for something they later told her there is nothing they can do; however, the folks at Urgent Care were able to help her. The doctor at this practice also refused to call her back after receiving the test results. Apparently, they just like to take advantage of receiving medicare payments from patients, ordering useless tests, and then doing nothing. Zero out of 5 stars.

I've been a patient of Dr Jneidi for 10+years, followed her to this location from Sycamore location, got "grandfathered" in at that point (apparently I was younger than their preferred clientele). Now (more than 5 years later) I get a letter kicking me out of the practice because NOW I'm too young?! Hmmm....thanks for the disloyalty, lack of concern for consistent care and relationship building. BTW it was very difficult to get a sick appointment ever at this practice anyway, always had to go to urgent or on demand facility.... read more
