I used to love Dr. Hirth but he does not respond to his mychart. In fact I spent 2-3 weeks for the office staff last November to fill out my FMLA paperwork in which they lost. I had to call office manager, more than once. Then he told me to send message mychart if I had an issue with a prescription. Many messages later with no response and no resolution to my prescriptions I'm stuck. The office staff is TERRIBLE with no follow through.
