Unfortunately service has declined drastically over the years. Dr. Anthony and other providers ‘seemingly’ do their best to provide care; however, the front desk staff (first impressions) leave a lot to be desired. Calling to speak with someone is a waste of time. You can call multiple times, during normal business hours and still the phone will just ring and ring. Always liked my family Doc.
Got multiple messages saying my appointment was confirmed. I got there and the first thing the lady said was “I tried calling you” and not “hi how are you” or “sorry about that!” Because I in fact did not receive a call. Was feeling hopeful and ready for the visit.
Its hard to schedule anppointment , nobody anseweres , No a good place if you need medical assistance. They are the worst !!!!!
I would recommend this office to everyone. Single kindest staff I’ve ever encountered at a medical office. Amazing experience
