Dr Severs staff/front desk is unbelievably unresponsive, which turns into lies and becoming quite rude when deadlines are missed and questioned about it. It has taken multiple days of front desk staff playing the blame game and blatant lies on their lack of providing needed paperwork in a timely manner.
They treated me nice
I have been a patient of Dr. Luna for more than a decade. During that time and under his supervision I have lost more than 100 pounds and stabilized my A1C into the normal range. I believe that he has helped save my life. I’ve recommended him to my closest friends who have in turn recommended him the their grown children and grand children. I believe we all support and recommend Dr. Luna.
