They keep ignoring my phone calls and will not get back when I leave messages.
The reception staff and intake process is completely terrible. They do not care about the patients. They never called to start intake process. When I called them, I was told someone will be in touch if they decide to accept me for counseling services. “If they decide to accept me”…… after a month went by with no contact from them, they still hadn’t even “reviewed my referral” nor attempted to schedule an appointment. extremely unprofessional.
