The reception staff and intake process is completely terrible. They do not care about the patients. They never called to start intake process. When I called them, I was told someone will be in touch if they decide to accept me for counseling services. “If they decide to accept me”…… after a month went by with no contact from them, they still hadn’t even “reviewed my referral” nor attempted to schedule an appointment. extremely unprofessional. One of the LPNs is great! The other one is terrible. It’s like playing Russian roulette every time you call. She was the reason we left the practice.
