Decided to go to Hamilton ER after being in pain for about 2 weeks and not getting any answers from my doctors. My nurse Mackayla and Dr Steven were all very helpful and talked with me about everything they were doing and explaining the tests that they felt were needed and once I got test results back Dr Steven sat down and went over them and showed me what was going on and explained what medications he was prescribing and what they were for. Having to stop at a kiosk and be asked what my preferred language is while my head is split open needing stitches has to go to be the poorest care of a patient I have ever witnessed. Im at the emergency room because I have a major head injury why would I want to take 10 minutes to play with your tablet.
