I was a patient of Dr. Perez for approximately two years. I had an adverse reaction after a major surgery that he misdiagnosed. This adverse reaction was life- threatening. He didn't recognize it. He said diagnosed me with bipolar but it was Medication-induced/withdrawal Akathisia caused by an antiemetics given post-op.
Incredibly rude front desk task. Juli was incredibly rude and unhelpful when checking in. I love the doctors and nurses, I just have never been greeted with kindness coming in.

Everyone was friendly and polite! Dr. Sam Long is a great doctor and I’m glad she’s my new PCP. The lab tech was very sweet and gentle. I’m afraid of needles, and have small veins, and her calming presence helped me to stay calm.
The staff has been consistently professional and friendly. They have always been helpful and cooperative whether I need a same-day appointment or schedule a future appointment. I really appreciate them having the lab in the building.
