The staff has been consistently professional and friendly. They have always been helpful and cooperative whether I need a same-day appointment or schedule a future appointment. I really appreciate them having the lab in the building.

The lab is very quick and efficient. They are super friendly and never have to stick me twice to get blood.
This place is mismanaged! I have tried to get appointments on 2 occasions for post surgical problems this week and been told to go to Urgent Care (not covered by insurance). They can't keep their staff. They are down at least 2 doctors, that's what they told me. Don't go here! Get to someplace where you can see a doctor and the scheduler doesn't evaluate your problem and determine the severity of your condition. The ER is the other option if you can afford it. My experience with Kettering Health in Englewood is the worst in all the years I have been a patient. After my PCP, Dr. Kattie Amegatcher left in November, 2022, I received a letter instructing me to select a new physician, which I did. I was reclassified as a new patient, and given an appointment three months beyond the appointment I made with Dr. Amegatcher in June.
