I was a patient from the early 90's when englwood medical was called vandalia medical. There service has constantly went down hill through the years. In the last decade I've had 4 different doctors there quit and go to the v.a. Obviously these doctors new this clinic has a problem. As of Oct 2026 this office refuses to refill any of my scripts. This office needs shut down. Very disappointed.

I was a patient of Dr. Perez for approximately two years. I had an adverse reaction after a major surgery that he misdiagnosed. This adverse reaction was life- threatening. He didn't recognize it. He said diagnosed me with bipolar but it was Medication-induced/withdrawal Akathisia caused by an antiemetics given post-op.
Incredibly rude front desk task. Juli was incredibly rude and unhelpful when checking in. I love the doctors and nurses, I just have never been greeted with kindness coming in.
