Everyone was friendly and polite! Dr. Sam Long is a great doctor and I’m glad she’s my new PCP. The lab tech was very sweet and gentle. I’m afraid of needles, and have small veins, and her calming presence helped me to stay calm.
The staff has been consistently professional and friendly. They have always been helpful and cooperative whether I need a same-day appointment or schedule a future appointment. I really appreciate them having the lab in the building.
The lab is very quick and efficient. They are super friendly and never have to stick me twice to get blood.
This place is mismanaged! I have tried to get appointments on 2 occasions for post surgical problems this week and been told to go to Urgent Care (not covered by insurance). They can't keep their staff. They are down at least 2 doctors, that's what they told me. Don't go here! Get to someplace where you can see a doctor and the scheduler doesn't evaluate your problem and determine the severity of your condition. The ER is the other option if you can afford it. Both ladies who helped me at suite 500 were very nice. The woman who drew my blood was so nice and accommodating. Also very patient while dealing with my doctor and myself. She made this experience not so stressful for me. Very great staff!
