O time appointment and very personable / professional
I had a terrible experience at Kettering Hospital. From the moment I tried to explain what I needed, I was constantly cut off by the staff. It felt like they had no patience or willingness to actually listen to my concerns. On top of that, their attitude was completely unprofessional—short, dismissive, and borderline rude. I would question going here... Anyone can be nice to people going through cancer. I came here to get treated with chemo after I had cancer removed early 2024. My doctor who removed the cancer in Indiana told me I'm going to need to be on blood thinners during chemo especially since I'm a paraplegic. But I come back here for treatments because it's close to home and I thought they know what they are doing they will take care of me.
