I love the ladies at the Kettering health breast center. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They care about you. I just had a biopsy done and I left my necklace that has my mom's birth flower inside. I called the office, they had it! They were determined to get it to me. One of the ladies, Ariel, brought it to me on her way home from work. She lives close by but also went out of her way. She didn't have to do that but she did. You ladies will never know how much that means to me and what that necklace also means to me.... read more

I have had a few visits here and I must say the service and kindness go above and beyond from the moment you walk in. The check in staff are always pleasant. Karen, who walked me back, spoke direct and kind as she guided me along. Aubrey, who did my mammo scans of the day was sweet and communicated clearly and listened to me about my concerns. Cassie, who did my ultrasound, was very informative and answered all of my curiosities and was very pleasant to chat with during what was a very nervous time for myself, she even follo... read more

This was by FAR my worst experience in 20 years. The technician said it didn’t matter what i did with my arm… let it dangle loosely by my side while she completed the x-ray. Of course i got a callback. Of course im expected to pay for the second exam. Maybe the technician would like to pay that bill. Don’t misunderstand… im very thankful for their work towards a crucial catch!!! This was not that!
